Kundalini Yoga to Cultivate Self-Love

The key to getting more out of life (more joy, healthier relationships, and more meaningful connections) begins within. It sounds simple enough, right? While we’ve all experienced the power of giving and receiving love, we often love ourselves differently then the special people in our lives. In this workshop Erin Kelley, RYT 200, will lead you through transformative Kundalini Yoga sets, meditations, and self reflection exercises designed to connect you to, and cultivate, the love within.

Attend and you will:

•    experience a deeper connection to your heart center
•    understand barriers to self-love and how to recognize internal negativity
•    learn to access the energy of loving kindness that is always within you

This workshop is for adults of all levels. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary. Workshop is 2.5 hours. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light layer to cover up during meditation and deep relaxation. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat or sheepskin, a notebook, and a pen.

Erin Kelley (Siri Sampuran Kaur) is a certified yoga instructor, corporate professional development coach, metaphysical practitioner, and founder of Alchemy Yoga.

In 2013, she was exposed to Kundalini Yoga while attending a workshop in NYC. Despite being a skeptic at first, Erin credits the practice with completely transforming her life and accelerating her healing from depression and grief. She attended the Kundalini Research Institute's teacher training and became an instructor in 2015. In 2016, she obtained her prenatal yoga specialty certification under the guidance of Tarn Taran Kaur Khalsa.

Powerful and moving, Erin's heart-centered classes provide a supportive learning environment where students breakthrough self-imposed obstacles and experience their own authentic truth.

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a yoga for everyone. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never taken a class, Kundalini Yoga has something to offer you. It is a challenging and invigorating yoga style that incorporates breathing techniques, chanting, postures, deep relaxation, and meditation to fine tune the energetic flow between the chakras and the aura. These adjustments facilitate a deeper awareness and connection to your full creative potential.
