Stress Relief + Clearing Emotions of the Past Meditation

Our collective Tarot card this week is Five of Cups, just in time for the last quarter moon. Time to stop clinging to emotional experiences that are no longer serving us.

Emotions are fleeting but provide us with opportunities for growth, especially the emotions that have negative connotations such as anger and sadness. All of us have our own timelines as far as healing, and that is absolutely OK, but we may have a tendency to hold on to some emotional experiences longer than necessary.

The Five of Cups is an invitation to gather our lessons learned and move on with our lives full of gratitude for what remains. This is easier said than done at times so this week's kundalini meditation is here to help.
