Happy International Yoga Day! I'm deeply grateful for this practice. I started yoga for the physical and mental benefits. I had no idea the practice of yoga would bring me to a place of truly meaningful spiritual connection. Yoga has taught me many things but most importantly, I learned how to be present in the moment. Through yoga, I found my breath and discovered who I was at my core. Overtime, I find out more and more about myself. It's the most interesting relationship I've ever had. Sat Nam.
