"I am so grateful for attending prenatal kundalini yoga classes with Erin Siri Sampuran! I only wish I went earlier in my pregnancy. I am a busy mother of two small girls with another on the way, so I have little time for myself. The practices I learned in class were easy to apply to every day life. I was surprised at how just being aware of my breath allowed me to control so many parts of my day: how I felt, how I reacted, how well I slept, and how simple it was to be a better 'me.'
